You must have a working, clear microphone.

Any type of ERP (Erotic RP) is only allowed in private with the consent of all parties involved.
Do not influence members to break rules, you will receive similar punishment(s) they receive.
Do not use any real-life events in the city.
No Suicide RP, sexual harassment or real-life terrorism threats.
You cannot stop a role play scenario if something happens that you do not like, finish the scenario and create a ticket. All parties must agree to it.
Never use an explicit or offending name on any Revolution RP platforms.
No racism, trolling, homophobia and sexism.
Treat each other with respect, everyone should be heard and treated fairly.
Any sort of discrimination is not tolerated, this may result in a permanent removal on the first offence.
Using derogatory terms such as, but not limited to the word “retard”, is a bannable offence regardless of how the term is used in the area where you are from.
Anything that occurs on your account is your own responsibility and you will be held accountable.
It is prohibited to buy or sell accounts and/or valuables from another user with real world money. The community is not accountable for scams and/or permanent death/bans of accounts or characters.
All purchases/donations are tied to your account and you will be asked what character you wish to receive your donation perk given too. You cannot change your mind in the future once they are given or transfer them after.
In a situation where the Buyer is banned for violating the rules, the purchases made by the Buyer are not refundable, remember that Buyers are held responsible for their actions, just as any other Player.
In a situation where the Buyer has permanently killed their character, anything on that character will be lost unless the specified item(s) have been managed correctly through an in-character will.
Players are not allowed to create new characters with the intent to transfer the starter money over to another character. All involved parties breaking this rule will have all their money revoked from them and banned. You are also not allowed to transfer, better known as 'asset dump', your possessions to another character of yours or use a middleman for this.
Make sure you separate your characters. They do not know each other, they do not know where your drug locations are, who your friends/enemies are, etc... Other characters you create are not your “cousin” and/or any other form of friend/family.
Anything in Discord that starts with “IC-” is in character. IE: ic-advertisements, anything posted there means evidence or subject can be used as proof.
When you die and are taken to the Hospital, revived by holding down E, you must not return to the RP scenario you were previously involved in for at least 30 minutes.
If a player has a camera/phone on their character, they can use recordings as legal evidence, otherwise they cannot use this as any form of IC evidence.
It is strictly prohibited to use any game modifications and enhancements that can give a player an unfair advantage, such as but not limited to, increased speed, no night visual packs, paint blood splatter, health regeneration, and teleportation. A player caught cheating will be permanently banned without any prior warning.
Players are allowed to use visual enhancements or other game modifications that do not give the user an advantage such as NVE, QuantV, ENB, ReShade. Binding keys to server commands or text messages for faster and more convenient access is permitted.
You must have shadow quality above OFF, when off it provides a clear unfair advantage. Having it on normal is good enough and will not make your game unplayable.
It is strictly prohibited to use any "placeable" props to gain access to any area that is otherwise unreachable.
Exploiting client and/or server bugs is strictly prohibited. Abusing any form of exploit/bug will result in a Ban, anything gained from exploiting/bug abusing will be removed.
Camping animal and vehicle spawns are a form of exploitation, allow things to occur naturally for Roleplay, do not go back and forth from a known spot knowing that a specific animal will appear.
Anyone involved in a crime must not be on duty as a reporter AND have a radioscanner item to be able to listen for PD Dispatch Calls.
Abusing functionality that is intended to be used to further RP scenarios such as "going ragdoll", "/carry", IE when a player is about to melee you but you ragdoll to avoid the hit or spamming "/carry" is prohibited.
All bugs must be reported on the Discord through the correct channels and must be descriptive as possible. Any bugs that are reported as but not limited to "this is broken" or "this doesn't work" etc will not suffice as the correct reporting procedures for reporting bugs. Be descriptive as possible, provide screenshots, f8 console screenshots, steps to reproduce the bug etc.
Refusal to communicate with other players in English will result in a ban, we understand language barriers may occur but we advise you to do your best regardless.
Any kind of advertising of other GTA Communities or Cyber Threats is forbidden on all servers and channels, malicious advertisements or cyber threats aimed at harming the community and/or members inside the community will result in a permanent ban.
Do not spam identical or meaningless messages multiple times, do not spam server commands multiple times and do not spam game unrelated irritating sounds using voice-chat.
In-character offensive language, threats are allowed, however, insulting another character gives them a roleplay reason to take hostile action against your character. Racism/Sexual harassment is not allowed in character or outside character.
Any kind of out-of-character offensive language, (death) threats or racism is prohibited. This will result in a permanent ban.
Excessively screaming swear words at people is not tolerated, extend your vocabulary.
A staff member has the right to request that a player stops offending another player's character if the Moderator thinks that the in-character exception for offensive language is being abused.
People who are bringing low quality mic/voice changers will be brought into a ticket where we can help to fix the issue if it is unintentional, or so we can help give tips for clarity with voice changers.
Bad Faith Rule - Purposefully being combative towards staff or causing unnecessary issues can be grounds for your removal from the community.
OOC talk can be done in discord and is prohibited in game.
Do not use any immersion breaking words such as but not limited to referencing TikTok for example. We do not have this "app" in city.
Referring to other characters, where it be your own or not, as "cousins, alter ego, etc." is never allowed.
Using any terminology to refer to staff is a bannable offence.
Talking "spiritually" makes no sense and is also a form of OOC terminology.
Please keep the flow of RP by rolling with any sort of bug (robberies, cars being “ghosted”) and report it afterwards.
Players should use the available methods to report players, whether it be a past or present incident.
All necessary information and evidence MUST be given with the report - there is always a beginning, middle and end to every scenario/situation, be descriptive as possible as well as providing any and all necessary evidence.
Please allow up to a week for your report to be processed, though the usual turnaround is 24-48 hours.
If a player thinks a staff member is abusing their powers, the player submit a player report to the Directors through a ticket or Directors DM's.
Personally messaging any staff member will not result in a satisfactory response, you will be ignored and/or sent to a ticket.
Revenge reports are never allowed. An example of such is reporting a player after a week because they report you after a week.
When submitting an appeal, provide all necessary information to help assist in the process as much as possible.
When submitting an appeal, omitting details will slow down the appeal process and may cause it to be ignored.
Appeals may take up to 1 week, but usual turn around is 3-5 days.
Messaging staff about your appeal will only cause it to take longer and/or possibly lead to it being ignored.
